I wouldn’t buy Flick of the Switch after this even if you pointed a gun at me. I expect AC/DC songs to be stupid, but not this stupid. I’ll shoot you with desire? You know, really, just shoot me. This is just AC/DC on total auto-cruise: dumb power chords, fifteen seconds of ferocious soloing, double entendres that drop like a lead weight. In fact, listening to “Landslide,” I’m reminded that Judas Priest kicked way more ass than these guys most of the time. AC/DC has released some great songs, but this single doesn’t have a damn thing to do with them.
