O ne of their smoothest entries since “Time,” this features an intoxicating keyboard pattern and lush vocal arrangements. It’s probably product, kind of a (christopher) cross between Mike + The Mechanics and the theme to Arthur, but in a world of complex cabernets there’s always a place for a simple beaujolais nouveau, so no point in wining about it. The B side is “Somebody Out There,” also from Vulture Culture, which isn’t half-bad (or more than two-thirds good, for that matter). Based on these two songs, it seems that Vulture (like most birds) lacks teeth.
