The second single from David Crosby’s debut, If I Could Only Remember My Name. The A side, indelicately referred to as the “plug side” on the label, is a light and lovely French confection that doesn’t even reach two minutes before dissolving. It’s a nice song, but closer in size to a jingle than a single. The flip is “Traction in the Rain,” only slightly earthier in tone but another track unlikely to gain traction with listeners. Since neither song varies from the album version, save your money.
