Fee Waybill
The once-outrageous lead singer of The Tubes, one of those great "visual" bands from the '70s. Fee's released two albums on his own, most recently 1996's Don't Be Scared By These Hands. If it's anything like Read My Lips, be afraid, be very afraid.
