Jefferson Airplane/Starship
I've lumped all the Jeffersons together: starship, airplane and unscented. Pater aeroplane, a seminal psychedelic outfit, is of peripheral interest to prog fans much as psychedelic co-stars The Doors, Grateful Dead, CSN, etc. Starship less so, as the band's creative ideals fell victim to commercial success. Plain starship is plain awful.
