John Lodge
John and Justin Hayward were the new kids on the Moodies block, having joined the band shortly before Days of Future Passed. Lodge wrote and sang some of the Moody Blues heavier hits, including "Ride My See-Saw" and "I'm Just A Singer (In a Rock and Roll Band)." He released an album with Hayward in 1975 (the in-all-ways excellent Blue Jays) and a solo album in 1978, Natural Avenue, that reached the UK Top 40.
