M iss Mitchell in a mischievous mood. “Raised on Robbery” is something of a novelty: Andrews Sisters harmonies and a sense of humor too, the likes of which would appear again on Court’s “Twisted.” The B side, “Court and Spark,” is the old Joni we remember: observational, semi-autobiographical, quasi-religious. The Band’s Robbie Robertson plays guitar on Raised. Joni returned the favor when she appeared on The Last Waltz.
