Led Zeppelin Discography

"In the darkest depths of Mordor, I met a girl so fair." If that's not prog then I don't want to know what is. In a sense Led Zeppelin rose from Cream, then rose above them, then sailed into the storied lands of legend as one of the few bands whose every note bespoke greatness. Their albums aren't merely monuments, they're monoliths, towering over the landscape and casting a shadow that burned itself into the fields. The first five Zep albums are must owns, the remainder no slouches either. As with Sabbath, Aleister Crowley's spectre haunts the band's history, so tread carefully little lambs of lightness.
