Melvin Rhyne
Rhyne established his reputation on the Hammond B-3 behind Wes Montgomery in the '60s. Then he resurfaced in the 1990s as a bandleader on Dutch label Criss Cross. The Dixon-Rhyne Project featured saxophonist Rob Dixon and provided a new look at Rhyne's soul-jazz roots.
