Mick Jagger
The man-rooster of rock and roll and perhaps the most popular English singer of all time. Mick Jagger has always had a public identity outside of The Rolling Stones, but never a musical identity separate from them. Even when he began releasing solo records, the results were simply extensions of the Stones' musical legacy. If you're looking for a distinction, Jagger's music does lean more toward the overproduced R&B/club side of the Stones.
