I own all of one Osibisa album, Wcyaya, and I only bought it because of the album cover. Now that I've deflated any expectation that you might actually learn something about the band from me, I will tell you that Wcyaya suggests an African Santana or Traffic some of the time. The band's early albums were moderately sucessful in Western markets, but as disco displaced soul the band faded from the popular fringes. So says the shallow little man behind the computer, anyway.
