The Red Krayola
Groundbreaking PyschOps outfit led by Mayo Thompson released the classics Parable and God Bless. Crayola (The C and K would come and ko) resurfaced a decade later with Leftist of center avant-garde punk music that sounded like the son of Pere Ubu. Mayo even pere'd up with Ubu (briefly) in the 80s. The Krayola continue to release work on the Drag City label. Write on, Red Krayola!
