Skafish
One of the more colorful acts to come out of the I.R.S. stable, Skafish combined visual shock value with keen 50s rock & roll sensibilities and a healthy dose of 80s punk attitude. Their eponymous debut is one of the bright spots of the early New Wave movement, a good bet to please fans of Devo, Oingo Boingo and Richard O'Brien (he of Rocky Horror fame). The followup Conversation was a bore, however, and the band didn't resurface until 2006 with a jazz Christmas album(!).
