Progrography

Stephen Stills
This story starts with Buffalo Springfield, not CSN. Along with a young Neil Young, Stills led the band through several successful elpees and wrote their most popular song, "For What It's Worth." (But then CSN, right? No, little one, not yet.) Onto a Super Session with Al Kooper to build up his chops as a guitarist. (And after that?) After that the planets aligned, and Stills joined David Crosby and Graham Nash in CSN, reuniting with Young along the way. In between the on again/off again alliances, Stills released a number of solo albums (the first being the best) and formed another short-lived supergroup of sorts, Manassas, which I've folded into this discography.
