H ow they found a single truffle in this morass of Traffic is beyond me; that must be some pig they’ve got in Promo. In keeping with the theme (unclean! unclean!), they put their interests in between and divided the wind into two unequal halves: the first four-and-a-half minutes (the A side) and the closing two minutes where the riff winds down, billed here as the “instrumental” section. So if you thought there was an instrumental version of this song kicking around somewhere (as I did), you’re wrong; it’s just an animated tail separated from its host and not an independently minded creature at all.
