S traight out of the dryer (no editing necessary) came “Walk of Life,” the third hit single from Brothers In Arms. This has always reminded me of Talking Heads’ “Road To Nowhere” for its upbeat accordion-like melody and revivalist energy (both songs came out in the summer of ’85). The US flip side is “One World,” also preserved intact from Brothers, which leavens the mood with its seriousness. In the UK, live versions of older songs fleshed out the single.
