Paris Discography

Led by former Fleetwood Mac guitarist/vocalist Robert Welch, Paris was a short-lived "super" trio that included original Jethro Tull bassist Glenn Cornick and drummer Thom Mooney (who had played in The Nazz with Todd Rundgren). Like Flash, Paris was content to copy the great Gods (in their case Led Zeppelin rather than Yes). Unlike Flash, which featured original Yes members, Paris had no claim to Led Zeppelin's legacy, which made them something of an unwelcome enigma. Their second album (which featured new drummer Hunt Sales) played down the Zep homage, charted lower, and Paris eventually folded.
