Patrick Moraz
Classically trained keyboardist kind of replaced Keith Emerson when he joined Lee Jackson and Brian Davison in Refugee, then Rick Wakeman in Yes and, finally, Michael Pinder in Moody Blues. All of which has made him a peripheral prog figure even while his solo catalog suggests otherwise. Story of I is far and away the best of his solo albums, despite its convoluted plot. Albums of improvisational jazz with Bill Bruford, poorly received progressive pop albums and instrumental music make up the rest of it.
