Public Image Ltd.
The lead Pistol went public with an IPO too smart for punk and too raw for art yet intriguing enough to draw interest from both camps. Second Edition held me spellbound in spots, but the band that helped keep the revolution alive was going in circles by the mid '80s. Still, it's a better sequel than Big Audio Dynamite.
